Lesson 4 consists of 5 lessons, each equally as important in teaching you how to make your own custom blends and products with essential oils. You’ll learn different blending techniques, how to properly dilute your oils using carrier oils, and a full walkthrough of the 12 most common oils.
Lesson 5 teaches you how to use essential oils safely and effectively to improve your health and well-being. You’ll learn the most common mistakes people make when using essential oils and how you can not only avoid them, but gain the confidence to implement essential oils into your daily routine without fear of harming yourself or others.
This course finishes with a quiz to earn your certificate of completion. Completing this quiz is not mandatory by any means, but is highly recommended. You’ll walk away from this quiz feeling empowered and ready to confidently and effectively implement essential oils into your day-to-day life.
